By purchasing from or interacting with Happy Liquidations (the 'Company'), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

All merchandise sold is liquidation stock. This may include customer returns, overstock, shelf-pulls, closeouts and mixed goods. Condition, brands, models, sizes and quantities vary and are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing before purchase.

Photographs, samples or descriptions are illustrative only. The Company does not guarantee any specific brand, model, ratio or quality unless expressly stated in the invoice.

Prices depend on the merchandise available, the format (box, pallet, container) and the customer's specific request. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed and paid.

Orders are processed after payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

The Company ships to the United States, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador, Honduras, Panama, El Salvador, Puerto Rico and Cuba.

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by the Company. Once merchandise is handed off to the shipping company, risk of loss and responsibility for tracking and delivery pass to the customer and carrier.

Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs and any local fees at the destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Because merchandise is sold as liquidation stock, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Claims about missing items or shipping damage must be reported within seven (7) days of receipt with clear photographic evidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the purchase, resale or use of the merchandise. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

The Company name, logo, website content and images are the property of Happy Liquidations and may not be reproduced without written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
